Alle unsere Soßen sind mit Maiskernpuder abgebunden. Alle Braten sind glutenfrei. Bei unseren Beilagen haben wir grundsätzlich immer glutenfrei Pommes & Salzkartoffeln. Auf Vorbestellung bereiten wir gern: Spätzle, Kartoffelrösti, Kartoffelknödel sowie Reis oder glutenfrei Nudeln zu.

Laktosefreie Speisen

Viele unserer Speise auf der Karte sind laktosefrei. Wir haben aber immer vorrätig laktosefreie Milch, Sahne & Schmand. Daher können wir auch gern auf Ihre Wünsche eingehen.
